Who we are

KR Network is a grassroots community platform operated from London, UK by One Earth / KR. We are an early‑stage project and not a limited company. Contact: oneearth.contant@gmail.com

Our services

KR lets you create a profile, connect, and post collaboration opportunities. KR is not a party to any agreement, payment, or outcome between users.

Your content

You retain ownership. You grant KR a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your content to operate, improve, and promote KR. This license ends when content is deleted from our systems, subject to legal/backup exceptions.

Acceptable use

No illegal content/activity, harassment, hate, IP infringement, doxxing, spam, malware, or misrepresentation of budgets/opportunities. We may remove content or suspend accounts to keep KR safe and lawful (incl. under the UK Online Safety Act).

Collaboration posts & budgets

Budgets are user‑provided estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for due diligence, contracts, and compliance.

Privacy

We use Google/Firebase. We process your email, profile, posts (title, info, practices, keywords, date/time, images), connections, and technical logs. See our Privacy Policy for details and your rights under UK GDPR.

IP and takedowns

Only upload content you have rights to. Report infringements to abuse@1-earth.world with URLs and proof.

Disclaimers & liability

KR is provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. KR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of £100 or amounts paid to KR in the past 12 months, except where English law prohibits limitation (e.g., death/personal injury due to negligence, fraud).

Governing law

England & Wales law and courts (consumer mandatory protections preserved).
