By using KR Network, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms may be updated, and your continued use means you accept any changes.
KR Network is a grassroots community platform operated from London, UK by One Earth / KR. We are an early‑stage project currently run by individuals, not a registered limited company. This means the operators have personal responsibility for the platform.

You must be at least 16 years old to use KR Network. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to request proof of age.
You must use your real name and provide accurate information. Creating fake accounts or impersonating others is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to access KR.
KR Network is a platform for creative professionals to:
KR is a facilitator only. We provide the platform but are not involved in any actual collaborations, contracts, payments, or work arrangements between users.
You retain full ownership of all content you post (profile info, images, links, posts, comments, etc.).
By posting content on KR, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting KR Network.
Important: This license does NOT allow us to sell your content or license it to third parties for their use. It only covers what's needed to run the platform (e.g., showing your profile, storing images on Firebase, displaying posts in the feed).
This license ends when you delete content from KR, though copies may persist in backups for up to 90 days for technical/legal reasons.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where we must retain it for legal/accounting reasons. Backup copies may persist up to 90 days.
Your profile and posts are PUBLIC. Anyone on the internet can see your profile, connections, and collaboration posts. Only create a profile if you're comfortable with this.
KR uses Google/Firebase for authentication, database, and storage. When you use KR:
User profiles may contain links to external websites (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). KR is not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
We may remove or hide content, and suspend or ban accounts if:

If your content is removed or account suspended, you can appeal by emailing oneearth.contact@gmail.com within 14 days with your case. We'll review and respond within 7 days.
You can delete your account anytime through your profile settings. Your public data will be removed within 7 days.
We may suspend or permanently ban your account for terms violations, with or without notice depending on severity. You'll normally receive an email explaining why.
Once terminated, you lose access to your account and content. We may retain some data for legal/accounting purposes as described in section 7.

KR Network is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, KR and its operators are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:
You agree to indemnify (protect) KR and its operators from claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email (if provided) or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
The "Effective date" at the top shows when current terms came into force.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you're a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights under consumer protection law in your country of residence.
